Hi, I’m Monica Williams and I am the director here at the Scottsdale location. I have a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and have been working with kiddos for over 10 years. I have an amazing husband and two remarkable boys! When I am not busy being a football mom I love to cook and bake.

My Philosophy in Child Development aligns with the core values of Kids Incorporated. Understanding each child’s individual needs creates an environment that propels cognitive as well as social emotional development. When we as educators create that safe and well nurtured environment, children confidently reach their full potential!
