You will need to:

1) Fill out the application
2) Provide a resume and copy of high school diploma
3) If hired, supply evidence of immunity to measles, rubella, polio, diphtheria and
tetanus, supply and or complete Fingerprint clearance, obtain TB test within 12
hours of hire date, CPR and First Aid & Food Handler Card
4) Read and sign our employee handbook
